Vegor Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a South African company registered in February 2021 with the purpose of providing consulting services to the defence industry. The company director is Dave Rogers, who was active in the South African defence industry ammunition sector.

The experience of the company director includes the following:

· Sales of products to various customers, being Departments of Defence and their procurement divisions for direct sales to Users or indirectly through third parties where products were incorporated into larger offerings. 

· Technology transfers involving design of plant layouts, preparation of and delivery of manufacturing capabilities, training and technical know-how for various ammunition systems

· Management of and participation in bid teams for projects such as:

o Manufacturing facilities (from green-field to brown-field to small upgrades to existing facility upgrades, several of which he was the lead)).

o Combat management suite and system bids for new vessels for two navies (one of which he was the lead).
o Composite Armour systems for vehicles. 

o New ammunition suites for Users.

· Successful participation in international exhibitions and symposiums as company representative and speaker (eg. Eurosatory, IDEX, Euronaval, Cansec, DSEI, DSA, AAD etc.).
